Mediterranean Tour, Part I: Spanish Cuisine, $50 per person
For the
first class of our four-part series, we will be concentrating on the
foods of Spain. Of particular interest will be the tapas-style
foods or small plates. Appropriate wines will, of course, be
provided for all of the classes in this series.

Mediterranean Tour, Part II: French and Italian Cuisine, $50 per person
Part two
of our Mediterranean Tour takes us to Provence, Cote d'Azure, Piemonte
and Tuscany. Although these regions are in two differenct countries,
the cuisines of these regions have a great deal of delicious points in
common.

Greek
cuisine is hearty, flavorful and delicious. We'll make some
traditional dishes as well as some updated classics.

Mediterranean Tour, Part IV: Moroccan Cuisine, $50 per person
Out of
all of the classes we're teaching this year, I am looking forward to
this one most of all. Moroccan cuisine requires that you look a
spices in a different way, and the results are fantastic.
Beautifully spiced, but not spicy. Five courses and French
wines. Can't wait!

Sophisticated Summer Meals, $50 per person
The
weather is getting warmer, so we are putting together a menu that will
tempt even the most wilted of guests without heating up your kitchen
too much. Five courses of light and creative summer fare.
Cancellation Policy:
1.
Cooking classes must be reserved with a Visa or MasterCard number or
with a check or cash. The credit card will be run 14 days prior
to the class.
2.
It is highly recommended that you include your e-mail address with your
reservation so that we can send you a reminder the day before the
class.
3. Coriander's reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient
enrollment or instructor illness. If a class is cancelled, we will contact
students by e-mail to arrange for refunds and credits.
4. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 14 calendar days in
advance of the class date and receive either a 100% refund or transfer the fee
to another class.
5. No credit or refund will be given for any class registration cancelled
less than 7 seven calendar days prior to a class date, unless the class is sold
out and we are able to sell your space. You may choose to send someone in your
place.
6. Students registering in a group of 6 or more for any one class will be
ineligible for refunds or credits within 21 calendar days prior to the class
date. No exceptions will be made.
7. If you cancel or change two or more classes in a series, you may become ineligible for future refunds.
These policies were created in order to allow Coriander's to continue to offer
YOU great cooking classes at reasonable prices.
