Wednesday, November 4, 6:30: Hors D'oeuvres for the Holidays,  $55 per person
Are you tired of the same old holiday fare? Hors d'oeuvres and appetizers have always been our favorite part of any celebration, and we will give you five great recipes for your holiday repertoire, including sausage and apple loaf, pork rib sate, brie and caramelized onion rounds, and a few surprises!
 
Wednesday, November 11, 6:30, Italian Tour, $50 per person
We will take a culinary journey through five regions of Italy -- Each region will influence and inspire one course of our five-course meal.
 
Wednesday, December 9, 6:30: Paris Bistro, $50 per person
Bistro food is trendy, delicious and economical to make at home - That's a winning combination!  
 
Wednesday, January 13, 6:30: Hearty Winter Soups- $45 per person
There's a nip in the air and what could be more satisfying than a big pot of soup.  Five soup recipes to warm you up
 
Wednesday, January 20, 6:30:  Hawiian Luau Class  $60 per person
Nothing is better than getting you out of the post-holiday doldrums like an imaginary trip to the Islands!  Shrimp and crab lumpia with a poha berry dipping sauce, mixed greens salad with pickled ginger and balsamic-hoisin vinaigrette, Kaluha pig quesadillas with caramelized onion, ginger-crusted mahi, and roasted pineapple splits with macadamia nut brittle.
 
Wednesday, January 27, 6:30: Thai Without Fear, $50 per person
Our introduction to Thai food class is back!  Class will include the introduction to new ingredients, an overview of common Thai cooking techniques and a five-course meal that will be prepared in class.
 
Please call us at (910) 270-3413 to sign up for class.  We'll need your name, phone number, e-mail address and a valid Visa or MasterCard number.   

Cancellation Policy:  

1. Cooking classes must be reserved with a Visa or MasterCard number or with a check or cash.  The credit card will be run 14 days prior to the class.

2. It is highly recommended that you include your e-mail address with your reservation so that we can send you a reminder the day before the class.

3. Coriander's reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. If a class is cancelled, we will contact students by e-mail to arrange for refunds and credits.

4. You may cancel your registration for a class up until 14 calendar days in advance of the class date and receive either a 100% refund or transfer the fee to another class. 

5. No credit or refund will be given for any class registration cancelled less than 7 seven calendar days prior to a class date, unless the class is sold out and we are able to sell your space. You may choose to send someone in your place.

6. Students registering in a group of 6 or more for any one class will be ineligible for refunds or credits within 21 calendar days prior to the class date. No exceptions will be made. 

7. If you cancel or change two or more classes in a series, you may become ineligible for future refunds.

These policies were created in order to allow Coriander's to continue to offer YOU great cooking classes at reasonable prices.
