From Wilmington, take Highway 17 North.  Travel 9 Miles past the Porter's Neck intersection.  Take the first left after Country Club Road intersection (there is a traffic light at the intersection and a Scotchman gas station on the south east corner of the intersection) into ‘Cedar on the Green’ Shopping Center.  

If you pass Topsail High School, you've gone about 1/2 mile too far.
