Dips and Spreads

BLT Chip Dip:  Just like it sounds.  Apple wood-smoked bacon, fresh tomato and Italian parsley in this new American Classic.

Tzatziki Dip:  We didn't fall in love with this cucumber yogurt dip because it's low in fat - we love this one because it tastes GREAT!  It's perfect for dipping vegetables, pita bread, or for use on a sandwich.  

Roasted Red Pepper Dip:  Remember pimento cheese?  This is a more grown-up version ready for dipping or spreading.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:  Non-dairy and FABULOUS.  It's perfect for vegetables or pita bread.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip:  Creamy and savory, perfect with Coriander's Crisps.

Smoked Trout Pate:  A dip fit for kings!  Spread it on Crisps and top with wasabi caviar and you're ready for a royal engagement.

Chicken Liver Pate with Black Mission Figs and Pistachios:  A delightful pate -- not too heavy and with a hint of sweetness from the figs and a drop of cognac. 

Coriander's Mushroom Walnut Pate:  A vegetarian pate with mushroom, walnuts, green onion and fresh herbs is wonderfully meaty and satisfying.

Nature's Way Goat Cheese Torta with Ratatouille: Fresh cheese from our local goat cheese expert, topped with our own garlicky eggplant and pepper relish.

Hot Mushroom Dip:  This is a heat and serve dip with 5 varieties of mushrooms in a rich and creamy sauce.

Southwestern Shrimp Dip:  Savory hearty dip with fresh shrimp, chipotle chilies, fresh cilantro, corn, and more southwestern fun.

Pesto Cheesecake:  This 10-inch cheesecake spread, great on crisps or vegetables, is always a party favorite.  You can order this by the slice, whole, or set up on a platter with thinly sliced vegetables.

Green Chili Cheesecake with Mango Salsa:  This savory cheesecake is made with mild green chilies, fresh cilantro and an assortment of cheeses in a cornmeal crust.  Top it with a simple mango salsa and served with tortilla chips.

Party Platters


Cheese and Fruit Platter:  
A selection of domestic cheeses cut and arranged with an abundance of grapes, strawberries, and other seasonal fruit.

Veggies and Dip:  English cucumbers, carrots, celery, grape tomatoes, blanched asparagus, and other seasonal vegetables with your choice of dip.

Shrimp Platter Variations:  16/20 Black Tiger Shrimp served your way.  Sold by the pound, 2 pound minimum
Grilled Shrimp with Miso Vinaigrette
Classic Shrimp Cocktail with Red Mustard sauce.
Mediterranean Marinated Shrimp tossed with Grape Tomatoes, Yellow Peppers, Red Onion, Black Olives, and Feta Cheese in a Lemon-Rosemary Vinaigrette.

Australian Beef Tenderloin Platter:  Beef Tenderloin cooked to your specifications, sliced and served chilled with rolls and the appropriate condiments.

Stromboli Platter:  Picture a golden brown freshly baked loaf of Italian bread.  Now picture it stuffed with all of your favorite meats, vegetables, and cheeses.  Now you ALMOST understand how great these are!

Italian Cold Cut:  Stuffed with Italian ham, Genoa salami, provolone, tomatoes and red onion.  

Pesto Chicken:  Filled with tender chicken breasts marinated in pesto with mozzarella and fresh tomato.

Grilled Veggie: Overflowing with our organic grilled vegetables with Provolone cheese.

Tuscan Ham Stromboli*:  A new favorite!  With basil pesto, lean ham, fresh mozzarella and tomato.
*Tuscan Turkey Stromboli also available.

 

Antipasto Platter:  Italian ham, salami, provolone, fresh mozzarella, crumbled feta cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, asparagus spears, Sicilian caponata (eggplant relish), cornichons, roasted garlic and roasted red pepper.

Deli/Antipasto Platter:  Deli ham, turkey, salami, provolone, swiss and crumbled feta with marinated artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, hard boiled eggs, olives, pepperoncini, cornichons, roasted red pepper, caponata, marinated sliced roma tomatoes and fresh baby spinach.

 

 

Cold/Room Temperature Hors D'oeuvres


Grilled Eggplant Rolls:
Stuffed with Feta Cheese, Mint, Lemon Zest, and some other fun spicy stuff.

Tomato Bruschetta:  (In season)  Ripe tomatoes with fresh basil, parmesan, garlic and olive oil.

Devilled Eggs: Just like Grandma used to make.

Lobster and Asparagus Sushi: Cooked cold-water lobster tail meat with blanched asparagus and wasabi zing rolled with sushi rice and nori served with the traditional accompaniments.

Lemon Chicken Stix: Bites of twice-marinated lemon chicken with snow peas on a bamboo pick.

Cinnamon Chicken Stix:  Bites of chicken breast marinated in a cinnamon-cayenne olive oil, served on a pick with a roasted red pepper harissa sauce for dipping.


Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Melon Brochettes with Fresh Basil Oil

Antipasto Skewers: with chunks of provolone, ham, salami, tortelloni, asparagus, roasted red pepper, grape tomatoes and more in a basil marinade.


Red Bliss Potatoes stuffed with Smoked Trout Pate and topped with Wasabi Caviar

Prosciutto-Wrapped Hearts of Palm in a Thyme Marinade

Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Prosciutto:  Dates are stuffed with a mixture of walnuts, sage, garlic and orange peel, wrapped with prosciutto and drizzled with chili oil.

Marinated Figs stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella and wrapped in Prosciutto

Assorted Crepes:  Bite-sized crepe rolls stuffed with a variety of fillings:  Ham, smoked salmon, or brie and chutney.

Australian Beef Tenderloin Crostini: Slices of perfectly medium rare tenderloin draped over slices of grilled Tuscan bread with fresh arugula and artichoke heart spread.

- We stake our reputation on these cakes.  1.5 ounces of the finest crab meat money can buy, along with some spices and a little something to hold them together.  These delectable cakes of heaven come with a key lime mustard sauce.
