Since
1998, Coriander's has been Wilmington and Hampstead's #1 Thanksgiving
Dinner Provider! We've prepared part or all of that holiday meal
for literally hundreds of families to rave reviews and repeat business.
We attribute our success to the fact that we make everything from
scratch, just like Grandma would if she hadn't taken up golf! All
items come with heating instructions. And don't forget the chocolate bourbon pecan pie! (See menu below.)
To
order, call us at (910) 270-3413. Orders must be placed by
Saturday, November 18 at 3 pm for pickup on Wednesday, November
22. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, as well as personal or

cream. Crisps are sold separately, or enjoy with your favorite
cracker. Heat in the oven or microwave. $11/pint.
Pumpkin Cranberry Bread: Our most popular bread is back! Makes a great gift and freezes beautifully. 2# loaf is $8.50
The Bird
Coriander's is happy to cook your turkey! We have fully cooked boneless turkey breast for
sale. These moist, juicy birds have no waste, are easy to carve
and weigh an average of 8 pounds each. We include a disposable
pan for reheating in your oven, as well as instructions.$42 each.
Side Dishes
Butternut Squash Soup: Made
with our own home made turkey stock, a hint of apple and a dash of
Madras curry. This soup has a beautiful creamy texture without
the addition of any dairy products. It is a memorable lunch or an
unbeatable first course. $11/quart
Pumpkin Tortelloni Soup: Our light hand-made pumpkin dumplings foat in a delicious chicken broth that has been perfumed with fresh sage. $11/quart
Cranberry Sauce:
Whole-berry cranberries with fresh orange zest and a splash of
Gran Marnier. You'll never go back to the canned stuff!
Remember to get enough for leftovers and sandwiches! $6/pint
Creamed Onions:
This dish has been a Thanksgiving tradition in my family for
generations -- Grandma took fresh pearl onions, blanched them and then
cooked them in a savory cream sauce. These are a beatiful
complement to the cranberry sauce! Heat them on your stove top or in microwave. $11/pint
Julienned Mixed Vegetables: A
colorful mix of seasoned shoestring carrots, zucchini, yellow squash,
red pepper and red onion that you can heat in your microwave or quickly
saute until they're hot enough for you. One quart feeds six to
eight people. $11/quart
Aunt Muriel's Brussel's Sprouts: You
can make a believer out of the worst sprout critic at the table with
one bite of these delicious veggies. Made with shallots, pine
nuts, and a touch of cream, these are absolutely the best Brussel's
sprouts we've every had. One quart should feed 6-8 people -- but
they're bound to want seconds! Heat on stove top or in microwave. $14/quart
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes: We
do these potatoes the old-fashioned way -- then add a subtle dash of
roasted garlic -- and everybody loves 'em. Make sure you get
enough. One quart feeds 3-4 full grown folks. Heat on stove top or microwave. $9/quart
Sweet Potato and Turnip Gratin:
Layers of thinly sliced sweet potatoes, turnips and shallots with
a tarragon-parmesan cream sauce. 2# pan is ready to heat in your
oven and will serve 6-8. $12/pan
Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing:
With or without pecans, this stuffing has become our Southern
tradition. Comes in a foil pan that can go right into the oven,
or you can stuff the bird with it. We offer two sizes: A 2#
pan will feed approximately 6 adults or stuff a 10-12# bird for $12.50.
For larger birds, we also offer a 5# pan for $28. Please
let us know if you want pecans or not when you place your order.
Gravy: Our
turkey gravy is just divine -- no lumps, no fuss, great flavor!
In my family there's alot of jockeying for position to be the one
to control the gravy! Heat on stove top. $9/pint
Desserts
And by desserts, of course, we mean pie! All of our pies are 9-inch deep dish.
Old-Fashioned Double-Crusted Apple Pie: Just like grandma used to make! Mile-high and packed with sweet, juicy, North Carolina apples. $18 each
Traditional Pumpkin Pie: with just the right amount of fresh ginger and molasses. $16 each
Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie: Do
not accept substitutions! This is, by far, our most popular pie,
and we only make it at Thanksgiving. Other's have tried to
duplicate it, but you've got to try the real thing to believe it.
$18 each
